We deliver high-quality catering at fair prices. In our online shop, you can select your favourite items from our menu and create your own individual buffet. Our trained customer service will be happy to advise you in all questions.
How does MYMY catering work?
Whether for a business or private event, ordering catering has never been so easy! And this is how it works: You simply choose your favourite dishes from our menu and put together your individual buffet – we will take care of the rest. Depending on the scope of your order, you may cancel or change your order until one week prior to the event* – 100% free of charge. In addition are often able to accommodate short-notice requests as well. Simply reach out to our lovely customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Is there a minimum order value?
MYMY catering is happy to deliver your catering from a minimum order value of €199, depending on scope of the order.
What about allergens? Are there vegan/vegetarian options?
In our online shop you will find detailed photos and descriptions of the dishes. Additionally, we label the respective allergens.
MYMY catering also offers a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Do I have to clean the dishes before I give them back?
No, we offer a cleaning service free of charge.
How does MYMY catering choose their kitchens?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we thoroughly check our local kitchens before we start working together. We only want to work with first-class chefs who meet our high quality standards and share our vision: High-quality catering at a fair price – nationwide service, but regional delivery.

What steps are MYMY catering taking around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak?
Health and safety are our top priorities for all our customers and catering partners here at MYMY catering. We work hard to deliver the best possible experience to you, which is why we want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
MYMY catering is following the guidance released by the government and is working closely with our catering partners to stay up-to-date with and implement the advice, including advising against travel and self-isolation.
What steps are MYMY catering taking with catering partners around the Coronavirus outbreak?
We have made the following requirements clear with our catering partners:
- If their staff are returning from holiday abroad: All employees returning from specified countries must go through self-quarantine.
- If a member of their staff or a visitor is diagnosed with a case of COVID-19: They must notify MYMY catering immediately. As a precautionary action, we will suspend the partner caterer account as per official advice.
- If our catering partner is unable to fulfil your order: we will look to find an alternative catering partner, where possible
- If you want a specific statement on the Coronavirus from a catering partner: Please reach out to us and will contact our catering partner on your behalf.
What is MYMY catering staff approach with staff in our HQ?
MYMY catering has imposed working from home for the time being and has asked that staff do not travel to high-risk areas. If this is unavoidable, self-isolation and working from home for 14 days is mandatory on return if they have visited specified countries.
Can I cancel my order if my event is cancelled or my office is closed due to the Coronavirus?
We understand that you may need to cancel upcoming orders.
- If you would like to cancel your order for any reason related to COVID-19, please note that our regular cancellation policy will be in effect, so you can cancel your order free of charge up to two working days* before your event. If your allocated catering partner has had contact with COVID-19, we will find an alternative catering partner for you.

Can I still pay my order at MYMY catering with cash?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer cash payments for new orders. If you have selected "cash payment" for your existing order, our customer service team will contact you before your event and arrange an alternative payment method for you (you can choose from the following options: advance payment, credit card or PayPal).
Does MYMY catering deliver contactless?
Yes, we deliver your catering contactless. Our partner caterers carry out the delivery as well as the buffet setup while maintaining a minimum distance of 1.5 m and wearing face masks and gloves. If possible, we make sure that there is a minimum distance of 1.5 m between each station or between each chafing dish. After your buffet is set up, our partner caterers will take pictures of the buffet (for internal quality assurance) and then say goodbye.
What can I do as an organiser or guest of an event to best comply with the current hygiene guidelines?
Hygiene regulations are currently changing frequently and vary from state to state. Please check the hygiene regulations of your state before your event to ensure that your event meets the current requirements.
We recommend every host and participant of an event to comply with the following measures:
1. Wash and/or disinfection your hands regularly
All participants of the event should wash and/or disinfect their hands regularly. As host, please provide disinfectant and disposable paper towels for your guests to use.
2. Wear face masks at the buffet
Please wear a face mask when walking to/from the buffet and when standing in line.
3. Keep a safe distance at the buffet
As the organizer of the event, please inform your guests that your buffet will only be accessed by a single person or, if there are several people, that a minimum distance of at least 1.5 m should be maintained to the next person.
4. Do not share food and drinks
Our food just tastes so good that you would love to share it with friends and seat neighbours. Due to the current situation, however, please avoid to share food and drink from individual plates and glasses with other guests.
5. Please stay away from the event if symptoms of illness occur
As the organiser, please ask your guests to stay away from your event if they or members of their household show relevant symptoms of illness.
6. Please refrain from hugs and handshaking
7. Please maintain the sneezing and coughing etiquette
If you have to cough or sneeze, turn away from other people and ideally cough/sneeze in a disposable tissue or alternatively into the crook of your arm.

How do I order?
Ordering catering has never been so easy: You simply choose your favourite dishes from our menu online and put together your individual buffet. Proceed to checkout, provide your billing details and place an order by clicking the respective button.
If you have questions or would prefer to receive a quote from one of our catering consultants, simply contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or the contact form.
How do I change an order during the order process?
During the entire ordering process, you will find a summary of your food selection ("Your selection") on the right side of your screen. You can change this at any time. Simply click on the edit button next to starter/ main course/dessert and make your desired change.

Can I make changes to my order even after I have made a booking?
Sure! Your satisfaction is our number one priority. That's why you can change your order flexibly and free of charge any time within the free cancellation phase.
All changes must be send to us in writing and prior to the applicable cancellation deadline. Furthermore, all changes always need to be double-checked with the respective kitchen. Especially in the case of changes to the dishes, we cannot always guarantee this short-term flexibility. Possible additional costs may apply.

How can I try the food in advance?
In order to offer you the best possible price, we unfortunately cannot offer a free tasting. We assure you, we select our local caterers according to our high quality standards, so you can be sure of good quality.
You still want to convince yourself? We recommend to pre-order a small version of our catering in advance and try it out, for example the buffet basic for only €23.90/person or our finger food basic for €13.90/person.
Where do I make special requests (e.g. food allergies)?
We will gladly take your special wishes into account. You can either specify them in the notes in the last order step (5. "Delivery details") or inform our customer service via email.
In order to be able to guarantee good quality at all times, we double-check all changes, especially to dishes, with the respective kitchen and they are only effective after the kitchen's confirmation. Possible additional costs may apply for changes on short notice.
Can I also order dishes, cutlery and service staff for my event?
With our Plates & Cutlery Set you can easily add crockery and cutlery to your order. We also provide service personnel with a minimum of four (4) hours. More hours and more people can be specified during the online ordering process according to your needs.
How far in advance should I book?
We can almost always guarantee capacities but generally the earlier the better. Ordering rather sooner than later ensures that your desired date and time is available and that our cooks can also plan your delivery properly.
What cancellation options do I have? Are there any cancellation fees?
With MYMY catering you remain flexible: Should you ever need to cancel your order, you can of course do so. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. For a free cancellation, please note our cancellation deadlines, which depend on the size of your catering.
For cancellation free of charge, our cancellation periods are:
- Up to 7 days before the booked service date, for a total order price up to 2,000 € incl. VAT.
- Up to 3 weeks before the booked date of service, for a total price of the order up to 10,000 € incl. VAT.
- If the total price of the order exceeds 10.000 € incl. VAT, only possible up to 8 weeks before the booked date of performance or after individual written agreement.

How do I know that my order has been accepted?
You will receive a total of two e-mails from us: You will receive our confirmation of receipt directly after booking. We will then process your order internally and send you the order confirmation separately. Please note that this may take up to three days, normally does not take longer than 1 business day though. In urgent cases and for further questions, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
I have ordered but have not yet received a confirmation e-mail. What to do?
Please check your spam folder first. It is possible that our confirmation mail has accidentally landed there. If you still haven't heard from us three days after ordering, please contact our customer service.
How can I pay for my order?
At MYMY catering you have the possibility to pay your order either by credit card, PayPal or prepayment. If you choose to pay by prepayment, we ask you to transfer the money at least five days before your event starts. Business customers have the additional option to pay by invoice.
How can I redeem my voucher?
You can redeem your voucher code during the order process in the last step after you have chosen your payment method. The new payment amount will be shown directly and updated in the order overview after you have entered your code.
My payment could not be completed. What options do I have?
If your credit card payment is declined, we ask you to either try another credit card or choose an alternative payment method. Our customer service will be happy to help you, if you have further questions.
Is the payment on MYMY catering secure?
Of course! Your credit card details are absolutely safe with us. We work with the highest security standards to protect your data.
Do I get my money back if my order is cancelled?
If your catering has been cancelled by us, we will arrange for a refund of your paid amount within seven days.
What happens after I have placed my order?
After your order at MYMY catering you will receive two e-mails from us: You will receive our confirmation of receipt directly after booking. We will then process your order internally and send you the order confirmation separately. Please note that this can take up to three days. In urgent cases and for further questions, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
What are the delivery charges?
For each order we charge an additional service fee of 19,90€. This includes delivery and collection of our equipment – regardless of distance and order volume.
How large is the delivery area of MYMY catering?
MYMY catering is represented at around 220 locations in almost every corner of Germany.
How is the food delivered?
Food should not not only tickle the taste buds, it should appeal to the eyes as well. That is why we attach great importance to ensuring that your catering is delivered to you in an aesthetically pleasing way. Our finger food is delivered on fine porcelain and melamine plates. We deliver our hot food in chafing dishes under which there is fuel paste, so that the food stays hot for a longer period of time. The appropriate serving cutlery for taking out the food is included with every delivery.
My order was not delivered/ not delivered on time/ I received the wrong dishes.
We always do our best to deliver your catering on time. Nevertheless, it can happen that our drivers unexpectedly get into a traffic jam or similar. Please allow for half an hour of goodwill.
In urgent cases please contact our customer service, who will find an individual solution with you.
When will the supplied equipment be picked up again?
That's entirely up to you. We will be happy to pick up the heating containers as well as the crockery and cutlery at an appointment of your choice. Our driver will contact you directly upon delivery and arrange a collection date with you. If you are bound to a certain time, you can also leave us a message in the field "special wishes" when you order, e.g. if everything has to be picked up on the same day.
How do I give feedback after my order?
Thank you for taking the time to evaluate our service. We are very happy about your feedback, because it helps us to optimise our internal processes and to improve our services further. After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail from us in which we will check your satisfaction with MYMY. You can also review us on Google.
Dishes & Quality
How much catering is delivered per guest?
We know that the amount of catering you need depends on the type of event. For a business meeting you will probably need less catering than for a company anniversary or family celebration. That’s why you can choose from our predefined packages (Basic, Classic or Premium) or order "À la Carte".
Do you need help with the selection of your buffet? We are happy to help.
How many finger food items do I receive per package?
With our finger food menus each guest receives at least one piece of each variation.
How many finger food items should be planned per guest?
Well, this depends on whether you plan your finger food buffet as a starter or main course, as a snack or for dessert. If you want to offer your guests finger food as starters or snacks, we recommend a quantity of 4-5 pieces per guest. If you would like a finger food buffet for your main course, we recommend 5-7 portions per person. For dessert plan 2-3 pieces of the delicious appetisers for each guest.
Do you want your delicious finger food buffet to cover starters, main course and dessert? Then plan 11-15 variations for each guest.
Will my catering look exactly like the pictures?
Our pictures are serving suggestions and the catering you get delivered may differ here and there in little bits. We work closely with our catering partners, so that a consistent quality is always ensured. Yet sometimes a chef puts an extra basil leaf on a dish, for the looks. So please do not take this against him/her or us. ;)
What does catering "à la carte" mean? What is the difference to the other catering packages?
With our "À la Carte" packages, you are free to choose your dishes from the entire range of our menu and you are also able to determine the quantity of all dishes. With our buffet, finger food and roasted pig packages, the quantity is already predetermined. Depending on the package, however, you can choose from a bigger variety of dishes.
How long does the delivered food stay fresh?
Your catering is freshly prepared for your order and should ideally be consumed on the day of delivery.
Who checks the quality of the food?
At MYMY catering your satisfaction has priority. We want to offer you good quality at a fair price. That's why we only work with chefs who meet our quality standards – we thoroughly check them before every cooperation.
How do I get a tasting in advance?
For a tasting in advance, we would like to ask you to order a small selection upfront. You can choose for example from our buffet basic for €23.90/person or our finger food basic for only €13.90/person.
To be able to always offer you the fairest and best possible price, this tasting can unfortunately not be free of charge.
